Responsible for leading and managing the instrument physical and chemical analysis team to complete the detection and analysis of the control, finished product and original solution in the clinical stage (phase i-iii)...

- Essential Job Functions -

  • Lead the quality control team to complete the quality assessment of reagents and cell products;

  • Supervisor development, validation and transfer of analytical and other methods and their optimization;

  • Ensure the quality control team operates in compliance with GMP and company regulations;

  • Write or review laboratory OOS and deviation reports;

  • Constantly review experiment records and reports;

  • Provide training to company staff;


- Job requirements -

  • Education requirements: Master or above (PhD preferred); chemistry, biology or related majors;

  • Work experience requirements: 7 years of working experience in pharmaceutical industry, 3 years of supervision experience;

  • Essential skills:
     - Proficiency in analytical methods including flow cytometry, RT-qPCR, ELISA, etc;
     - Be familiar with the requirements for verification of laws and regulations;
    - Be familiar with GMP regulations and daily operation of laboratory;
     - Be Familiar with laboratory OOS and deviation investigation procedures;
     - Strong ability to identify and solve problems.

  • Personal character requirements:
     - Proactive and responsible;
     - High level of enthusiasm at work and strong sense of team work;
     - Good communication skills in English and Chinese;
     - Integrity and rigor.



- Salary -

   Annual salary 300-600k CNY.
